1. The agreement
By creating an account or using WebFinger's hosting, domain, or website builder services, you agree to these terms. If you are using WebFinger on behalf of a company, you are agreeing on its behalf too.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login link and account details secure, and for anything that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you think someone else has access.
3. Acceptable use
- No hosting content that is illegal, hateful, or infringes on someone else's rights.
- No sending spam, malware, or using your hosting to attack other sites or networks.
- No reselling your hosting account without a separate agreement with us.
We may suspend an account that violates these rules, and will try to reach out first whenever possible.
4. Billing
Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or annually, based on what you chose at checkout. You can cancel any time from your account, and a 30-day money-back guarantee applies to new plan purchases.
5. Uptime
We aim for 99.9% uptime across our hosting infrastructure. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance whenever possible.
6. Domains
Domain registrations are subject to the policies of the relevant domain registry in addition to these terms. Domains must be renewed to remain active, we will send reminders before a domain expires.
7. Cancellation
You can cancel your hosting at any time from your account. Your files remain available for 15 days after cancellation, after which they are permanently removed.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email at least 30 days before taking effect.
